The designs that are termed as production decorations are simpler designs that are painted by the factory's regular production painting crew. The factory has many painters capable of painting these simple quick designs and as a result these designs are produced more quickly than the unique designs.

Unikat designs are created and painting production is controlled by the designing artist. Only those artists with the necessary skill level are permitted to become part of the design studio of Ceramika Artystyczna. Often a number of years of experience, schooling, and training is required before an artist can achieve such a high skill level. Natural talent also plays a role in an artist's development.
High End Unikat Production
High End Unikat Production
High End Unikat designs are created and painting production is controlled by the designing artist. These designs differ from Unikat designs in that they are much more intricate and require more paint colors, more intricate sponge cutting, and much more time to complete the design on the article. Only those artists with the necessary skill level are permitted to become part of the design studio of Ceramika Artystyczna. Often a number of years of experience, schooling, and training is required before an artist can achieve such a high skill level. Natural talent also plays a role in an artist's development.
