Our Company Policy on Returns and Refunds

We will gladly accept your item for return should you be dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns should be sent through the post office and boxes must be labelled with "RETURN TO SENDER. CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED". We cannot be responsible for postage, breakage occurring during the return shipping, customs, or duties for returned items. Credit for returned items can only be made to the customer provided that the goods are returned in unused, new condition. A refund credit will be applied after receipt of and examination of the returned goods by Nicholson & Sterling Inc. Returns must be shipped no later than 14 days following receipt of the goods by the customer.

Deposit payments on Factory custom special orders are Non-refundable should the order be refused by the customer when received from the factory.

 

 
All of the Polish pottery pieces sold by Nicholson &  Sterling Inc. have the trademark of the factory  stamped on the bottom of the item, indicating its authenticity as original hand thrown, hand painted and stamped Polish Pottery from Ceramika Artystyczna.
