Refer A Friend Program Fine Print
* Current and past retail customers of
Nicholson & Sterling Inc. are invited to participate.
For the purpose of this program a
current or past retail customer is one who has purchased more
than $100 in total from Nicholson & Sterling Inc. within the last
three years. All referrals are kept on record for the
purpose of this program. No email addresses, names, or
other personal information is sold, shared or
distributed to other companies. This private information
is used strictly for the purpose of Nicholson & Sterling
Inc. doing business with their customers. By referring
your friend you agree that they accept directed email
from us and that this email is not considered
unsolicited by any party. Gift rewards for referrals are
dispensed to the referring customer at the time of the
referred friend's purchase of a minimum of $60.00
from the Nicholson & Sterling Web Site (not including
shipping fees). This purchase must be made and be a
completed sale including payment, within 60 days of the
referral. The gift coupon valued at $10.00 (cannot be
applied toward shipping fees) has an expiry of 90 days after
it is sent to the recipient. Gift coupons are permitted
for use towards a minimum purchase of $100.00 from the
Nicholson & Sterling Inc. Web Site. One coupon per
purchase is permitted. Gift coupons cannot be used for
sale items already discounted. Nicholson & Sterling Inc.
is not responsible for non functioning email addresses,
for inaccurately reported email addresses, for non
receipt of email due to issues beyond their control, for
full in boxes and non delivery of emails, for changes to
email addresses after submission to Nicholson & Sterling
Inc. or for the loss of gift coupons . It is the
responsibility of participants in this program to
accurately report their email addresses when entering
this program and to report any changes to email
addresses during the course of their participation in
the program.
This program may be stopped without notice at any time
as determined by the directors of Nicholson & Sterling
Inc.. All gift coupons dispensed by Nicholson & Sterling
Inc. will be honored within their individual allotted
time frame.
